Friday April 2—Good Friday Tenebrae Service Friday, April 2nd, at 6:30 PM
The service of Tenebrae, meaning “darkness” or “shadows,” has been practiced by the church since medieval times. Once a service for the monastic community, Tenebrae later became an important part of the worship of the common folk during Holy Week. We join Christians of many generations throughout the world
All are invited to attend the Tenebrae service to remember the depth of Christ’s suffering and death, and to remember the hope of resurrection in anticipation of Easter.

We are excited to announce Pastor Terra will be doing a weekly study during Lent called “A World Worth Saving” and would encourage you to get your book ordered today to be able and ready to start the study on Monday February 15 @ 7 pm. The group discussion will be on Zoom each week and we welcome you to sign up here for the group with Pastor Terra Amundson leading the discussion.
It is called “A World Worth Saving: Lenten Spiritual Practices for Action” and is written by George Hovaness Donigian. We look forward to a great discussion about the topics in this book and think it will be an inspiring read for us during this season of our faith.
